Returns

30-day returns if bottles arrived damaged.

Please be aware that returns are generally not accepted for customised products. However, please feel free to inquire about specific cases.

Terms & requirements

Minimum order: 30 bottles. For quantities below that, kindly inform us.

To place an order for mixed colours, the minimum requirement is 30 bottles per colour.

Allow for a production period of 35 - 45 days after payment and final artwork have been received.

The cost of delivery is dependent on specific requirements and the location of delivery. Please verify this information with us.

Submit logo artwork as black vector graphics in AI, CDR, or Vector PDF file types.

If applicable, we are pleased to offer a complimentary sample. Feel free to inquire.
