What materials are Brim's bottles made from?

Brim’s bottles are all made of high grade 304 or 18/8 stainless steel. This stainless steel is food and surgical grade therefore helps prevent corrosion and is chemically very inert. It is also 100% BPA and toxin free.

Can you put hot water in stainless steel bottle

Yes, you can certainly put hot water in stainless steel water bottles. Brim's bottles keep your hot water warm for up to 12hrs.

Do Brim’s bottles contain any plastic?

Yes, Brim’s bottle lids are made of BPA/BPS free, Non Leaching, toxin free polypropylene and a toxin free, food grade silicone sealing ring.

Is the bottle dishwasher safe? How to clean stainless steel water bottles

Please wash and clean brim’s bottles and its lids regularly to prevent lingering smells or tastes inside  the bottles. Wash regularly with hot soapy water or warm water with a teaspoon of bicarbonate soda. Rinse thoroughly with water. Drain upside down with space for air to flow into. Do not soak in water for long periods of time. Hand wash only. DO NOT put the bottle in a dishwasher.

Are bottles leak-proof?

Yes, Brim’s bottles are leak proof thanks to the airtight lid and silicone ring. These help keep the content inside the bottle consistent and the temperature from outside, out. 

Are Brim’s bottles suitable for acidic and fizzy drinks too?

Yes, Brim’s bottles are made of food grade steel which is resistant to acid. Just make sure to wash thoroughly after using for acidic drinks.

Can you customise Brim's bottles for a gift or business?

Yes, we are more than happy to customise your bottles for many purposes as well as co-branding. If you are interested in working with us to achieve this please visit our co-branding page and fill in the form.

What about passing through airport security?

Brim’s bottles are warranted against manufacturing defects for 6 months from date of purchase. This does not include normal wear and tear, dents, scratches or damage from use. Please ensure to take very good care of the bottles so they last long.

United Kingdom

- Free Standard UK Shipping for orders over £16

- £3 on all orders under £16

- Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after dispatch email is sent to you.


Please note: Shipping to mainland Europe may experience significant delays due to COVID-19 and new EU/UK import/export procedures.

- Free Standard Europe Shipping for orders over €49

- Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery after dispatch email is sent to you.

Please note: Orders shipped to the Euro zone from the UK may be subject to duties and import taxes. The customer is responsible for paying any relevant duties and import taxes that may be associated with the purchase. 

United States and Canada

- Free US and Canada shipping on orders over 55USD

What are your returns and refunds policy?


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We offer free UK exchange returns only. Shipping for all other returns including refunds will be covered by the customer. Please see our Returns Policy for more info. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
